Selling tarot through someone else's POD API
The press is rented. Everything that can go wrong on the way to the press is ours — which is why the deck has eight verifiers and no order button.
Labels. [MEASURED] — from a receipt or a probe in the pack. [FACT] — a file you can check. [OPINION] — mine.
The tarot tool is a private workspace inside Metatron for assembling a 78-card deck and getting
it printed. It is deployed, allowlisted to two identities, and public at a URL that refuses
everyone else [FACT, tarot-readme.md].
It also has no order button, and that is the most honest thing about it.
The provider is QPMN (QP Market Network), the only print provider in the codebase. The store is
MetatronMind, the product is Tarot Cards (2.75" × 4.75") on QPMN’s Card_Set profile, and the
order carries 18 print attributes — stock, quantity, printing, finish, packaging, booklets,
seals [FACT, qpmn-api.md]. The API’s own sample order comes to $69.17 per deck, quantity 1
[MEASURED, the probe receipt]. No minimum order, no inventory, no shipping relationship of our own.
That is the deal print-on-demand offers, and it is a good one.
